Trouble Shooting.
Network Configuration.
Mapping or re-mapping network drives (Whole System).
Printer Configuration (to enable printing from AccessUBS system).
3 hours on site retraining (Whole System).
Year end processing.
Setting up the Chart of Accounts.
Backup & Restore.
Check/Change Passwords.
Attending to File/Data corruption.
Setting up of  Statement / Payment Voucher / Official Receipt / Cheque Format (per document).
Setting up of bill format including Invoice / DO / DN / CN / Cash Bill (per document).
Data/software  transfer between computers. 
Telephone support.

Note
  1. Services provided do not include attending to problems caused by operating system faults (e.g Win95 / 98 / 2000 / XP / 7 / 8 / 10), or other issues concerning non Access UBS software.

  2. Each company must subscribe to its own service pack.
